When land is provided to exempted workers according to rule 6, it shall be provided in the following areas as follows:-

(a) Maximum one plot in the market area connected with the municipality and the highway,

(b section (a) except for section (a) not more than two katthas in other areas connected to the highway,

(c) sections (a) and (b) not more than five katthas in other areas.
